Damaged on arrival

• Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days with a photo of the damage
• We reprint and reship free, or refund in full — your choice
• No return shipping, no questions asked

Other reasons

Custom prints can't be resold, but if something isn't right — wrong size, colour way off from the preview — contact us and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
